The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented and forward-thinking experienced Graphic Designer to join our Visual Communications team in the UKIMEA region, with a particular emphasis on delivering large, complex document design projects. In this collaborative role, you’ll take the lead on designing and artworking substantial documents—such as reports, proposals, and client publications—ensuring they are visually engaging, brand-compliant, and meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
You’ll work closely with Discipline Leads, Senior Designers, and stakeholders across the business to manage the end-to-end design process for major documents, from initial concept through to final delivery. This includes structuring content for clarity, applying advanced layout techniques, and maintaining rigorous attention to detail across multiple pages and formats. Your expertise in large document workflows, file preparation, and adherence to brand guidelines will be essential.

Requirements
Design Expertise: Strong conceptual, design, and execution skills across Graphic Design.
Technical Proficiency: Up-to-date knowledge of emerging creative tools, techniques, and methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively in project work.
Design Software Experience: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator & Microsoft PowerPoint.
Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, sharing insights and fostering a culture of learning.
Project Delivery: In addition to reviewing work for quality and consistency, managing priorities, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with project briefs, responsibilities also include report and document design for print and digital formats, exhibition stands, banner stands and display panels, PowerPoint presentation design, and interactive PDF design.
Adaptability & Initiative: Flexible in approach, responsive to feedback, and proactive in seeking development opportunities that align with personal and team goals.
Leadership & Mentorship: Willingness to support others by sharing best practices, developing case studies, and contributing to the growth of visual communication capabilities across the team.
