Our hydraulic trade counters carry a comprehensive stock of fluid power products to offer an instant over-the-counter response, with access to over 70,000 products available for next-day delivery. Each hydraulic trade counter has been built with dedicated production facilities to allow the manufacture of one-off or high-volume hydraulic hose assemblies, with optional testing, labelling, bagging, or inclusion into multi-component kits.

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Marketing and Graphic Design Executive to join our Creative Marketing Team. We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer Executive to be a vital part of our fantastic creative marketing team, reporting to our Marketing Manager. Our workplace culture is friendly, fun, and professional, encouraging open communication, knowledge sharing, and idea creation in our new office in Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarising yourself with the various branch sites across the UK to create and deliver exciting print materials.
• Coordinating group communications to ensure consistency and fluency across the business.
• Showcasing new products to market, creating training guides and sales tools for partners.
• Creating engaging content for print and social media and events across the UK.
• Raising the brand’s profile through partner events; interviewing, videoing, and taking images.
• Supporting the execution of the agreed marketing plan.
• Supporting the B2B event strategy as well as creating and attending our events.
• Creating content and promotional materials (photo, video, and literature), including email campaigns, content writing, advertising, PR, and design.
• Providing reports on marketing.
• Researching market trends to assist with the development of marketing plans.
• Maintaining marketing support materials.
• Developing effective email campaigns tailored to engage target audiences.
  
  

This exciting role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about learning new skills and marketing techniques and able to think outside the box. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be representing the business in important updates and campaigns.

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes:

• Proven experience in marketing and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Understanding of the print process.
• Creative with good writing skills.
• Good influencing and motivational skills.
• Able to work on and use own initiative to problem solve.
• Strong communication, team working, and people skills.
• Positive attitude to innovation and change.
• Self-motivated and focused, with a flexible attitude.
• Good attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy and a commitment to quality.
