- A Degree: You must have a bachelor’s degree (subject specialism not essential). We welcome graduates from all disciplines.
- Commitment to Education: A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young people in their educational journey.
- Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills: You’ll need to be able to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Paid Experience: This is a paid position offering competitive rates, and all wages will be received through PAYE.
- Career Progression: Upon completion, you’ll be eligible for a salaried teacher training programme, leading to a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
