Job Title: Graduate Maritime Services Software Engineer
Location: Great Baddow (Essex)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

BAE Systems provides Radar products and support services to a diverse range of customers worldwide, including the Royal Navy. As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software or Computer related STEM degree.

What You’ll Be Doing
- As a Software Engineering Graduate you will create cutting edge software for our hardware and be involved in the entire lifecycle of a product, from design and development to integration.
- Producing and maintaining a software design to meet a set of software requirements.
- Using a software design to produce a deliverable software solution.
- Testing a software solution to prove that is meets its design aims and requirements.
- Support a software solution to address reported defects and/or add new functionality.
- Developing and maintaining a good working knowledge of Maritime Services software processes.
