Role description:
Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You’ll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.
As a consultant joining GROW, you’ll be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You’ll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.
Role accountabilities:
Our Quantity Surveyors, or Cost Consultants work across all our sectors supporting cost, commercial and transformational consultancy projects. At its core, Cost Consultancy involves advising on and managing the cost of construction and property projects, supporting from the beginning of a project lifecycle to influence and drive decision making. You will help support clients with cost estimation, project planning, procurement and cost management; your role will be key in providing advice on project finances and contractual relationships. You will monitor budgets and costs throughout the project lifecycle; utilising data and providing cost insights, keeping the client and project team informed.

Accepted Degrees:
- BSc or MSc in a RICS accredited degree, such as Quantity Surveying, Property, Real estate or similar.
- We can also support for non-RICS accredited students to reach chartership. Accepted degrees for this route include BSc or MSc in Economics, Statistics, Law, Architecture, Data processing, Artificial intelligence, Business studies and Accounting.
- You will be graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
- You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
- You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
- Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
