About the role
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Paid Media Executive to join our Bristol team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone excited to develop their digital marketing career, with full training and support provided. Responsibilities
- Set up and manage PPC (paid search and display) campaigns in Google, researching keywords and audiences.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, working with our Paid Lead to apply optimisation tactics.
- Set up and manage paid social campaigns across major platforms.
- Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to gather insights and inform campaign improvements.
- Build automated dashboards using data aggregation and visualisation tools.
- Collaborate internationally and with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent service.
- Graduate (degree level/equivalent) with a strong interest in digital marketing
- Clear communicator and proactive team player, able to prioritise and manage stakeholder needs
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and personally committed to delivering high-quality work
- Comfortable working independently and thriving in a busy, collaborative setting
- Previous agency experience is a plus but not required
