KaneHR is a rapidly growing HR consultancy, providing outsourced HR professional and trusted support to a range of fantastic clients across various industry sectors. Given our rapid growth journey, we are now seeking a Graduate Marketing Executive to join our team, where there is opportunity for real responsibility and development.

The Opportunity:

This role is ideal for a graduate eager to develop their skills and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, close-knit company environment. The successful candidate will be keen to take ownership of marketing activities and be proactive in managing and feeding back appropriate information to the wider team. They may have some minor marketing experience already and be keen to learn and develop within the field.

As a business focused on growth, we are looking for an individual who is creative, self-motivated and can work with confidence and efficiency, with meticulous attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the creation of engaging content and marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including, but not limited to, social media, Company website, newsletters, and training content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the wider team on branding and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.
  • Analyse and report on social media performance and new business analytics, providing insights to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Manage the Company’s online presence and grow community engagement across social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to create lead generation initiatives and support business development
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in written form and verbally; competent in preparing, collating, and writing content.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends.
  • Creative flair.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge and experience of design tools such as Canva and Adobe
  • Previous marketing experience is preferable, though if this is not possible, a reasonable understanding/level of appropriate experience through relevant courses is needed.
  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, English or a related field is required.
