The Opportunity
The Asset & Operations team is part of the Advisory Services Group in Arup. We work at the intersection between the built environment and the people who use and experience it. We advise and deliver solutions for asset-intensive client organisations operating in the UK and beyond. We work to transform their organisational performance and capability through a dual focus on both their asset and their organisation. We focus on people, technology & systems, processes and detailed knowledge of their physical assets, to implement solutions that encompass sustainability and innovation.
Assets and Operations services include: Organisational vision and strategy, Operating model design, Operational Readiness, Activation and Transformation (ORAT), Operational Excellence (OE), Investment planning, Asset Management capability, Asset information management and innovation.
We operate in a wide range of markets including Energy, Highways, Aviation, Rail, Science and Industry, Property, Water and Healthcare.
The position offers an opportunity for Assets & Operations Graduates to apply their emerging understanding in technical areas such as Asset Management, Innovation, Logistics, Human Factors, Business Process Improvement, Operations and Transformation Management, whilst gaining practical experience on a wide range of projects in a professional consulting environment.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a field including; engineering, economics, supply chain and logistics, business analysis, mathematics, operational or general management, asset management, innovation, or relevant MSc.
