Graduate Engineers will see themselves helping our clients to navigate the data-driven, digital revolution that is transforming the financial services sector. You’ll be building your technical expertise from the outset, developing tailored solutions for our clients in a number of areas.

This role is suited to undergraduate/master's graduates who are keen to specialise in a technical career path and build their data and technology skills.

Project Exposure

Technical Business Analysis, Systems and Application Support, Software Testing, Data Engineering, Data Management, Cloud Computing

Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored technical solutions to meet client-specific requirements
  • Support implementation of data management, data engineering, and cloud computing solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and quality outcomes
  • Conduct technical business analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Test and troubleshoot software systems to ensure alignment with client expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field
  • 0–2 years of experience with data engineering, cloud computing, or software testing
  • Competency in communication, teamwork, and adaptability for dynamic work environments
  • Familiarity with Java, Python, or similar programming languages
  • Capability to build a technical career path with a focus on innovation and learning
