As a Graduate Consulting Analyst, candidates will work on real client challenges from day one, helping organisations make better decisions, improve performance, and deliver meaningful change. Operating as a small, independent firm means teams stay agile, objective, and hands-on - with no layers of bureaucracy and no “back-office” roles.
The Role
Graduate Consulting Analysts work closely with senior consultants and partners across the full consulting lifecycle. The role blends analysis, problem-solving, and client exposure, offering early responsibility and a steep learning curve.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting live consulting engagements across strategy and advisory work
- Researching complex problems and translating data into clear insights
- Building client-ready presentations, reports, and models
- Contributing to client meetings, workshops, and internal initiatives
Who They’re Looking For

Essential:
- Strong academic background in any discipline
- Sharp analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Willingness to take ownership and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Desirable (not required):
- Internship, placement, or project experience in consulting or professional services
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, or data analysis tools
