This independent London-based consulting firm is looking for ambitious graduates who are curious, analytical, and eager to learn. As a Graduate Consulting Analyst, candidates will work on real client challenges from day one, helping organisations make better decisions, improve performance, and deliver meaningful change. Operating as a small, independent firm means teams stay agile, objective, and hands-on - with no layers of bureaucracy and no “back-office” roles.

The Role

Graduate Consulting Analysts work closely with senior consultants and partners across the full consulting lifecycle. The role blends analysis, problem-solving, and client exposure, offering early responsibility and a steep learning curve.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting live consulting engagements across strategy and advisory work
  • Researching complex problems and translating data into clear insights
  • Building client-ready presentations, reports, and models
  • Contributing to client meetings, workshops, and internal initiatives

Who They’re Looking For

This role suits graduates who are ambitious, proactive, and open to learning.

Essential:

  • Strong academic background in any discipline
  • Sharp analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Willingness to take ownership and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Desirable (not required):

  • Internship, placement, or project experience in consulting or professional services
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, or data analysis tools

Why This Firm

  • Real responsibility and impact from day one
  • Close mentorship from experienced consultants and partners
  • Exposure to a wide range of industries and challenges
  • Clear progression and continuous feedback
  • Collaborative, down-to-earth culture
  • Competitive graduate package and flexible working

A hybrid model requiring attendance in the London office one day per week.

To be considered, students should upload their portfolio & work to their StudentVenture profile.

Applications are reviewed directly by the firm.
