We're looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our Transportation team based in Maple Cross, Hertfordshire.

Location: Maple Cross, Hertfordshire
Contract: Permanent, full time - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £29,250 per annum
Start date: September 2025

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll be assisting in the inspection, assessment, and management of buildings and construction projects, ensuring that they meet relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
Your Day To Day Will Include
When you join, you will be enrolled onto our graduate scheme. The programme will take 2 years to complete and has been designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in your chosen profession and help you achieve professional membership or chartership.

- Conduct site visits and building inspections to assess the condition, identify defects, and evaluate repair or maintenance needs.
- Assist in preparing detailed reports, surveys, and specifications for repair, refurbishment, or new construction.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Support senior surveyors in project management, including monitoring costs, timelines, and contractor performance.
