Job Description
Ultra CEMS is looking for a Goods Inwards / Despatch Inspector. In role of the Goods Inwards Operator , you will be managing the receipt of all incoming goods via our MPS system, assisting in Despatch & Stores as required

Job Description
Ultra CEMS is looking for a Goods Inwards / Despatch Inspector. In role of the Goods Inwards Operator , you will be managing the receipt of all incoming goods via our MPS system, assisting in Despatch & Stores as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring materials are receipted and available for storage and kitting, for production in an orderly and timely way.
- Receive and sign for delivered goods , process accordingly
- Verify and accept procured product in line with purchase orders and quality management system
- Checking and validating supplier delivery paperwork and certificates of conformance
- Check and complete all paperwork associated with the delivered article
- Control defect items via segregation from good product. Raise and issue relevant query forms
- Controlling traceability and shelf-life issues for key materials.
- Interacting with stores operators, Supply Chain , Planning , Quality and production staff on daily needs and issues.
- Working to team KPI's to control processes and key materials.
- General Picking and packing duties in line with Despatch cover
- Contribute to the maintenance of an orderly and safe working environment
- Drive the forklift to move / unload
- Drive other company vehicles when needed
- Must be able to demonstrate the capability of working in a pressurised, deadline driven environment
- Good communication skills, verbal and written, are required.
- Computer literacy, with confidence in the use of standard computer packages, will need to be demonstrated
- Fork Lift licence desirable
- Drivers licence
