GMP Technician – Oxford, UK

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in GMP or bioprocess manufacturing
  • Hands-on experience with GMP process equipment such as ultrafiltration, chromatography, fermenters, and single-use systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Have

  • Experience with process validation, change controls, or deviation management
  • Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with equipment calibration and preventative maintenance

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
  • Prior experience in a regulated biotech or pharmaceutical environment

Other Requirements

  • On-site presence at the Production facility (full-time)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated setting
  • Willingness to support operational needs, including flexible shift patterns
