The Role…


We are looking for a Global Hospitality Solutions Manager to oversee the management of Hospitality Services, Micros Support, and Property Management Systems (PMS). This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our IT systems, including Oracle POS and PMS.


Main Duties…


  • Manage Hospitality Services and Micros Support:
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of POS hardware and software, including Oracle Micros Simphony, Oracle Payment Interface, Gift and Loyalty, and Property Management System.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of POS systems and related applications.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and staff on POS systems and related applications.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the integration and compatibility of POS systems and related applications with other systems and devices.
  • Manage the inventory, backup, and recovery of POS systems and related data.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for POS systems and related applications.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in POS technology and the hospitality industry.
  • Focus on Opening New Sites:
  • Lead IT initiatives for opening new sites, including Soho House, NED, and Scorpios.
  • Ensure all IT systems are properly set up and operational for new site launches.
  • Support for Point of Sale (POS) and Property Management System (PMS):
  • Manage the team responsible for supporting the entire Point of Sale estate.
  • Oversee the Property Management System (Oracle POS & PMS) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Management of Digital Support Team:
  • Lead the Digital Support team in addressing and resolving member issues.
  • Ensure high-quality support and satisfaction for all members.


What We Are Looking For…


To be successful, you should possess the following:


  • At least 5 years of experience in managing POS systems and related applications, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • In-depth working knowledge of Oracle Micros Simphony, Oracle Payment Interface, Gift and Loyalty, and Property Management System.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A hands-on approach rather than “just delegating.”
  • A willingness to understand how we work and proactively offer suggestions/recommendations to improve.
