About Raidiam

Raidiam is the global organisation at the forefront of data sharing technologies that are changing the world. We believe in empowering everyone to share their data safely, securely and simply; in a trusted and consented way; creating the potential to be seamlessly connected to the products and services they need.

Since our inception, Raidiam has been the enabling force behind the world’s most significant data sharing developments, including Open Finance and Open Insurance in Brazil. We continue to be called upon by governments, regulators and businesses to provide advice and technical support to achieve their data sharing ambitions.

We work from the centre – creating ecosystems with solid foundations to establish and nurture trust, the key to any successful data sharing. This makes us unique as the only provider in the market to operate from the core.

Objective of the role

As a Global Head of People, you’ll develop and execute the global people strategy, driving people initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Act as a strategic partner to the Senior Leadership team to align people strategies with business goals. You’ll coach and challenge these stakeholders where necessary.
  • Develop and implement global people and talent strategies that touch all aspects of the employee lifecycle to drive performance, development, engagement, and retention.
  • Support the HR Generalist in streamlining processes and improving efficiency and scalability across regions.
  • Lead, grow and mature our People team.

  • Develop and monitor key people metrics to assess people effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend areas of improvement.
  • Be a point of escalation for employee relations matters, including dispute resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Manage and oversee the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring continuing competitiveness and compliance globally.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, employment trends, and emerging people technologies.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Head of People or People Business Partner with an international remit. This role will support the UK, Brazil, UAE, Australia and New Zealand. Experience in these regions is strongly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of global people practices, employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong ability to use data analysis to inform decisions around talent management, budget, and operations.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders to ensure buy-in and smooth execution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for influencing across all levels of the organisation.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with changes in global people regulations and best practices.
