What The Job Looks Like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Performance Management Dashboards and Reporting system: Development, update and maintenance of Performance dashboard that cover the whole Omni-Channel space and manage appropriate reporting systems to understand performance
- Performance Management Process: Run the Performance Management process, including planning, setting interactions with markets and following up on the decision made post Business discussion
- KPI & Dashboard Education: Supports commercial team understanding and use of reports and KPIs to analyze their performance and improve it
- KPI Definition and Governance: Ensure processes and guidelines for proper delivery of performance management dashboards
- Field Team Excellence: Provide expertise and guidance on field team excellence related topics as Field Team Sizing and territory design, Field Team Incentive compensation and segmentation and targeting
- Optimization: Contribute to commercial practices optimization through deep dive assessments and ROI analysis, including carryover calculations.
- Data anaylses: Capability to analyze date on sales, market, prescriptions, activity, omnichannel data sets to extract necessary elements and analyze them
- Business Challenge: Challenger for all business partner on their commercial performance or ambition and the accuracy of their analytical thinking
- Business Case Analysis and Delivery: Deep understanding of best practices in business case creation and documentation
- Story Telling: Transforming data and insights into compelling stories that push decision making and impactful actions
- Project Management: Capability to deliver the needed analysis and support in time and on budget in an Agile way
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- 5 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Commercial Performance or Field Team Excellence roles
- University degree in Business Administration (Marketing or Commercial), Natural Sciences or Health Economics
- Strong experience and proven track record in working with commercial performance KPIs and analytics
- Experience in data management and cleansing
- Knowledge of Field Team Excellence Practices (Sales Force Structure Design and Sizing, Territory Design, Incentive compensation, Segmentation & Targeting, Carryover)
- Knowledge of Veeva CRM, Sales Force and Business Intelligence Platforms
- Understanding of Pharmaceutical market data
- Understanding of omnichannel operations and promotional performance
- Market and brand understanding
- Fluency in English and one other European language is an advantage
- Advanced capability in Data story telling
- Good business acumen and Entrepreneurial mindset
- Project management skills
- Effective cross functional work capabilities
- Business case proficiency
