We are seeking for a dynamic Global Account Manager to join our Global team, based in London. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in consultative technology sales and extensive connections across the Gaming and crypto sectors. You will be responsible for managing and expanding an active client pipeline, cultivating long-term partnerships, and delivering high-value technology solutions to meet client needs in identity verification and biometrics.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospecting, generation and management of new business, both directly with end customers and through partners in the sectors defined by the company.
- Maintenance and management of existing clients. Upselling, cross-selling.
- Maintenance and management of existing and new partners. Support for the opening of new markets/customers (sectorial, geographic) and commercial support to the partner.
- Prospecting and networking, as well as relationship development at all organizational levels within existing and potential customers.
- Preparation of contracts and customized commercial proposals to customers and partners.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and offers in English.
- Conduct explanatory and demonstrative video conferences and technology demonstrations in English.
- Provide basic technical support and manage quickly and efficiently the doubts / needs of customers and partners with the other Facephi teams.
- Supporting sales and management visits in other geographical areas when required.
Minimum requirements
- 5 years of experience in sales in the technology sector. Experience in the field of Digital Identity is desirable.
- Demonstrable and contactable reference cases of results/achievements.
- MBA
- Taste for challenges.
- Very good interpersonal skills and taste for human contact; autonomy; excellent commercial skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills, as well as team leadership.
- Good communicator with the ability to perform in specialized forums, in front of clients and large audiences.
- Advanced English.
- Portuguese and Spanish desirable.
