General Manager - Radisson Blu - Ireland

This job is advertised in this location but the role is to be conducted in person in Cork, Republic of Ireland.

The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Cork, part of the renowned iNUA Hospitality Group, is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our exceptional team and elevate our guest experiences to new heights.

The Role

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring the delivery of a superior four-star product and exceptional guest services. As the General Manager, you will report to the Group Director of Operations, and you will be responsible for:

• Operational Excellence: Led the team to maintain and exceed brand standards, while managing day-to-day operations, including accommodation, food & beverage, and events.
• Sales & Marketing: Driving innovative sales strategies to grow the hotel’s presence in local and international markets.
• Financial Acumen: Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to achieve financial success and identify growth opportunities.
• Team Development: Inspiring and cultivating a high-performing team through training, development, and leadership programs.
• Guest Experience: Building strong relationships with guests, ensuring feedback is actioned and reviews are positive.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience of at least 4 years as a General Manager, preferably in a four- or five-star property.
• A track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
• Strong communication, delegation, and organizational skills.
• A passion for sustainability and innovation in the hospitality industry.
