We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused leader to run The Pig & Fiddle, a much-loved Butcombe pub in the heart of Bath.
The Pig & Fiddle is a true city favourite – a premium pub brimming with character, charm, and buzzing community spirit. Known for its lively atmosphere, great selection of drinks, quality pub food, and welcoming vibe, it’s the kind of place locals and visitors return to time and again. As a Butcombe General Manager, you’ll lead your team with heart and bring energy, warmth, and high standards to every service. You’ll be empowered to run your pub and care for it as if it were your own — building a team you’re proud of, delighting guests, and delivering outstanding results.
