The Role: Your Stage, Your Script

As General Manager, you are more than a manager. You are a showrunner, culture driver, and visionary. Every shift is a performance. Every team member is part of your ensemble. Every guest is your audience.

You will lead the entire operation from front of house to kitchen, from day to night. And your mission is simple:

  • Own the Experience: Oversee every element of the guest journey — from floor energy to kitchen execution

  • Champion People Development: Mentor, nurture, and promote a culture of recognition and growth
