An exciting opportunity has emerged to join Moto, in the Operations Team. We are looking for a Gaming Compliance Coordinator to be responsible for ensuring that all gaming operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, licensing conditions, and internal policies. This includes supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective compliance controls, training, and auditing to safeguard the business, its customers, and its license.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full adherence to the Gambling Commission’s Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP), including AML and Social Responsibility.
  • Monitor changes in UK gambling legislation and implement best practices proactively.
  • Embed and maintain compliance systems, specifically RBW Guardian, across all sites.
  • Review and evaluate customer interaction logs for appropriate handling and outcomes.
  • Coach and guide colleagues in applying compliance protocols confidently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints in line with fair and open principles.
  • Contribute to gaming policy development, AML risk assessments, and terrorist financing documentation
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of compliance activities, incidents, and outcomes.
  • Support regulatory reporting and liaison with the Gambling Commission and other authorities.

What We Are Looking For

  • Solid understanding of the UK Gambling Act 2005 and LCCP.
  • Proven experience in compliance, audit, or a regulatory role within a highly regulated industry.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Previous experience within AGC, Bingo, Betting or Casino environments would be beneficial.
