Sounds great! What will I be doing?

As a Game Designer, you'll be an essential part of our game studio team, responsible for identifying new opportunities and creating game concepts in the tombola way that delivers value and fun to our players.

You'll work closely with a range of collaborators, including product managers, developers, and illustrators, to identify new opportunities for growth and ensure that our games are delivering the best possible player experience. You'll use your skills in data analysis to understand player behaviour and preference, then use this knowledge to design and develop games that meet their needs.

In addition to your data analysis skills, you'll be a creative thinker with a passion for game design and engaging player experiences. You’ll be responsible for understanding game mechanics and applying this knowledge to new and exciting game concepts whilst collaborating on visuals, UX and narrative with our illustration team.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be an excellent communicator with a passion for creating fun games that engage and excite our players through research and creativity. You'll also need to be able to use data, player feedback and market research to understand opportunities for growth and have a keen interest in games from both a design and player perspective.
