The Future Technologies Team's mission is to identify, critically assess, and recommend novel and innovative technologies for integration into present and forthcoming joining systems. Working in close collaboration with product experts, suppliers, research organisations, and fellow engineers at Atlas Copco, your role as Future Technologies Team Manager will be to lead a team of innovation engineers to drive technology development and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration. This role focuses on implementing lean-agile frameworks, managing resources, and aligning innovation initiatives with strategic goals. The manager will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensure compliance with industry standards, and oversee the integration of new technologies into the product development lifecycle. With a strong focus on leadership, communication, and team development, the position plays a key role in advancing R&D capabilities and delivering breakthrough innovations.
