We have a new opportunity for a Future Talent Advisor to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Wolverhampton office. As our Future Talent Advisor, you will manage the Future Talent and Educational Sponsorship programmes, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.You will coordinate Graduate and Trainee programmes, handle apprenticeship accounts, and develop relationships with training providers. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive talent development and optimise apprenticeship funding.If you are passionate about supporting others and have expertise in managing early careers programmes, we would love to hear from you.   • Embed, refine, and evolve Future Talent programmes by delivering a range of initiatives, including Trainee and Graduate programmes, and ensuring the end-to-end cycle from onboarding to transition into experienced roles.
  • Monitor and optimise apprenticeship and educational sponsorship programmes, including the Apprenticeship Levy Account and CITB grant funding claims, and provide guidance on further study and training.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support talent development, manage onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with entry requirements and programme standards.
  • Evaluate and monitor programme feedback through pulse surveys, supporting continuous improvement and addressing any issues, while maintaining regular check-ins with Future Talent cohorts.
  • Organise and support career development events, including conferences, workshops, and work with the Communications Team to create promotional materials and case studies.
  • Manage and oversee the Future Talent and Educational Sponsorship inboxes, ensuring timely responses to queries.
  • Organize and administer Graduate & Trainee programme arrangements, including inductions, PPE and IT ordering, training schedules, and quarterly meetings.
  • Administer the DAS account for Apprenticeships, including onboarding new cohorts with educational providers.
  • Maintain and update the Educational Sponsorship and Apprenticeship tracker, both internally and externally.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the CITB account, managing claims across Future Talent.
  • Manage apprenticeship incentives and ensure monthly reminders for graduate programme rotational feedback and management support.
  • Reconcile CITB claims monthly for eligible workshops and courses run by the People Development team, as well as professional qualifications outside the Apprenticeship Levy.
  • Track and approve Educational Sponsorships, responding to changes in personnel within the business.
  • Ensure governance and compliance of Apprenticeships and Educational Sponsorships, maintaining accurate records on the HR system.
  • Manage the Future Talent budget, including raising POs and financial reconciliations.
  • Occasionally travel for team meetings and events.
  • Manage and track work experience requests, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Lead the "Candidate Keep Warm" strategy to maintain engagement with potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update the internal Team Page with information on provisions, resources, and processes.
