Location: Aldourie Castle and Dores Inn on the beautiful shores of Loch Ness, Inverness-shire, Scotland

Hours: 40 hours per week; permanent or seasonal; full time or part time; flexible working available

The Role

Your role is to supervise the Front of House Team to ensure the consistent delivery of the highest quality of Guest Experience. You will be responsible for delivering the daily front of house service and operations effectively and efficiently. The role will be flexibly split between both Loch Ness locations: Aldourie Castle & the Dores Inn. You and your team will demonstrate our values and align with our Purpose, Vision and Brand, as well as the behaviours of One Wildland Team and One Wild Way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a role model of WildLand Team work.
  • Supervise your team to consistent high performance.
  • Align you and your team with our People Ethos and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Supervise the delivery of a consistently high performance in the Front of House & Guest Experience Function.
  • Partner with Housekeeping and Chef Teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Guest Experience.
  • Fulfil the Housekeeping function as part of a flexible and adaptable team where required.
  • Participate in the WildLand management systems and processes which support a sustainable business.
