Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?

You'll manage and coordinate recruitment and operational activities to ensure smooth processes across teams. This includes scheduling interviews, managing job postings, start dates, and supporting onboarding through documentation and event organization. You'll maintain the project trackers, timelines, and status updates while working closely with planners to manage daily workloads, holidays, and absences. Additionally, conduct on-site audits, assist in planning ironwork jobs, defects, and interim reinstatements, and drive initiatives to reduce defects and improve quality. Through effective coordination and planning, ensure teams have achievable work schedules and deliver projects efficiently and to high standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Managerial experience an advantage
  • NRSWA (supervisor would be preferred but not essential )
  • Experience with Backfill and all types of reinstatement
  • Full UK driving license
