We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Front End Engineer to join our dedicated team at Dexory. As a Senior Front End Engineer you will be integral to developing and enhancing the user interfaces for both our internal tools and customer-facing applications. This role involves building and maintaining front-end components using technologies such as React, Typescript, and Tailwind, as well as establishing best practices and processes for front-end development across the company. Your work will directly impact the usability and efficiency of DexoryView and other internal applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining front-end components of applications for internal teams.
- Working with design teams to propose and refine UX and UI patterns for applications.
- Using technologies such as React, Typescript, Tailwind, and common UI frameworks.
- Building and maintaining front-end components for customer-facing applications as required.
- Establishing best practices and processes for front-end development across the company.
- Strong experience in front-end development, with proficiency in React and Typescript.
- Additional experience with server-side rendered applications would be beneficial in this role.
- Experience with common UI frameworks and best practices for front-end development.
- Knowledge of more advanced or real-time front-end technologies used in our platform, such as WebRTC, WebGL, WebSockets, and WASM.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable, accessible, and user-friendly front-end experiences.
