We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Front-End Developer to join our growing technology team. In this hybrid role, you will be both a hands-on contributor and a team leader, responsible for guiding a team of 4–6 front-end developers. You will play a pivotal role in implementing high-quality, scalable code, mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices in front-end development.
You will work in a collaborative, agile environment and be instrumental in the delivery of modern, responsive user interfaces.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of front-end developers
- Develop, maintain, and improve scalable front-end applications using technologies such as CSS, Node.js, and Next.js
- Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and product teams to ensure seamless user experiences
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in performance, quality, and maintainability of the front-end codebase
- Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and the agile development process
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks in the development process
- Proficiency in CSS, Node.js, and Next.js
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles, responsive design, and modern frameworks
- Proven experience in a front-end or full-stack team leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and guide them through technical challenges
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving project goals
