Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research
and ongoing relationship management. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and
expectations. Provide excellent candidate experience from initial contact to job offer.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role. Experience within the Forex industry is a significant advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. High level of professionalism and integrity.
