Stealth-Mode Start-Up Client is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead the technical direction and architecture of an industry-leading digital platform. This role is central to building a cutting-edge product that integrates web and mobile applications, a blockchain-based stablecoin, sophisticated AI and machine learning algorithms, and robust streaming capabilities for both live audio and video events.

The CTO will work closely with the executive leadership team to translate the product vision into scalable and secure technology solutions while building and mentoring a high-performing technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the end-to-end technical vision for the platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience across web and mobile interfaces.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the stablecoin system, ensuring convertibility, security, and compliance with financial regulations.
• AI and Machine Learning: Drive the development of recommendation engines, user behaviour analytics, and other AI-powered tools to personalize user experiences and optimize platform performance.
• Establish and maintain cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP) with scalable architectures, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Build robust data security protocols, including age verification systems and protection of user financial transactions.
• Live Streaming Capabilities: Oversee the technical integration of live event streaming infrastructure with low latency and high-definition capabilities, including interactive features like live chat and virtual tipping.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align technical deliverables with business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and grow a world-class technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Technical Partnerships: Identify and manage partnerships with third-party vendors, technology partners, and blockchain service providers.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of scaling complex technology products.
• Must have excellent command of the English language in all forms.
• Blockchain Expertise: Deep knowledge of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and tokenomics, with experience in developing and launching blockchain products.
• AI/ML Background: Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and integrating AI tools for content recommendation and data analysis.
• Streaming Technologies: Familiarity with live streaming protocols (e.g., WebRTC, HLS) and video/audio content delivery infrastructure.
• Cloud Architecture: Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure with experience in building scalable cloud solutions.
• Security and Compliance: Expertise in data security best practices, encryption protocols, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).
• Leadership and Team Building: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire diverse technical teams in a high-growth environment.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a bias for action and problem-solving.
