Description

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to drive business growth.
• Build advanced financial models to support fundraising, M&A, and strategic decisions.
• Streamline reporting and insights using automation, analytics, and scenario planning.
• Partner with leaders and investors to guide performance, deals, and strategic initiatives.
  
  

Profile

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Experience building financial models from scratch.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.
  
  

Job Offer

• Competitive salary in the range of £65,000- £80,000 + equity + great benefits.
• Permanent role with growth potential in the Wirral area (plus some travel to other local sites).
• Hybrid & flexible working, around 3 days per week in the office.
