Description
- Support FP&A Senior Manager with providing valuable and timely performance analysis and insight to senior stakeholders
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Ensure key business performance risks, issues and opportunities are highlighted, interpreting financial results to enable the business to make key decisions and achieve targets.
- Lead cost analysis and identify potential areas of cost reduction, and work with planning teams on margins and profitability
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance Department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Work closely with the wider FP&A team, helping to develop plans for profit improvement, Provide insight regarding budget, including monitoring KPIs between branches.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial plans for the company.
A Successful FP&A Lead Should Have
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior role within an FP&A department, and experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases.
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- An estimated salary range of £400 pd umbrella
