Founding Engineer (Equity + Salary)

We’re building the future of company creation - a full-stack AI venture studio that partners with content creators to co-found authentic, scalable software businesses. By combining AI-native development with creator-led distribution, we're unlocking a new frontier where software is rapidly built and distributed through trusted digital communities.

We aim to launch ventures 10x faster and cheaper than traditional methods using our internal "AI factory": a multi-agent architecture, reusable component libraries, and a growing knowledge graph that learns from every product we ship.

Responsibilities

1. Code with AI-first speed. Use AI to turn product specs into production-ready React, Supabase, and serverless back-ends in days, not weeks.


2. Architect for scale (and scrappiness). Apply clean, hexagonal patterns so v1 can evolve without rewrites.


3. Prototype → pilot → product. Move fast through validation loops: hack the MVP, shadow users, ship the fix, repeat.


4. Wear many helmets. One sprint you’re spinning up CI/CD; the next you’re tweaking prompts or jumping on a creator livestream to debug user feedback in real time.


5. Set the engineering culture. Establish the rituals, docs, and testing standards that future hires will learn from you.

Requirements

• Software Development: You’re an expert in developing native apps, with a mobile-first mindset. You must be able to build at lightning speed without compromising quality.


• Shipping Experience: You’ve shipped AI side projects - or research - that prove you can learn fast and finish.


• AI-native developer: You already treat LLMs as teammates and using agents to automate tasks.


• Grit & ownership: When the build breaks at 11 pm, you pour coffee.


• Edge-of-curve learner: You track the latest AI tools, play with new MCPs, and deploy multi-agent systems


• Action oriented: Strong bias toward rapid execution and experimentation.

Must-haves

• React / Next.js, Supabase / Postgres, Python back-end chops


• Prompt-engineering or fine-tuning experience

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Stripe, Discord, TikTok or other creator-economy tools


• Side hustle, hackathon wins, or open-source contributions
