Job Title Food Line Operator, Day shift

Location Ashford, Kent, TN24 0LU

Starting Salary £27,595 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance) increasing to £30,162 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance), within 6 months and £32,250 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance) after one year

Hours of Work Alternating 06.00am - 14.00pm / 14.00pm - 22.00pm, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for people that can:

 

• Contribute to the efficient running of the production operation, helping us achieve and exceed our daily plans
• Operate equipment safely and manage shift handovers effectively
• Take prompt action to prevent near misses and accidents by having a strong awareness of health and safety
• Maintain equipment to our cleanliness standards
• Work closely with colleagues including engineers to minimise machine downtime
• Complete compliance documentation accurately
• Seek ways to continually improve activities and help to get these in place
