Typical shift as a Bank Support Coordinator
- Customer group; alcohol / drug addiction, Mental Health support
- There is lots for you to do and get involved in
- You’ll be helping our vulnerable customers in a variety of services……you might find yourself working in accommodation based services or possibly supporting our customers in a community or home based setting.

You bring
- Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.
- You’re a real people person, confident to work in different services or locations or teams and get on with colleagues.
- You’ll have experience of supporting vulnerable people, and to be brilliant, you have a positive can do / caring attitude and the desire to learn and make a difference to our customers lives!
- You’ll have previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.
Our team
You’ll join our wider services in Cornwall and the great thing is you can pick up shifts in any of these services that need it! Currently we have hours available in our service in St Austell with our Manager Lyn.
Job details
- Flexible working hours
- We’re looking for you to work across Cornwall which include our services in St Austell.
- Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans / doing mandatory learning / keeping in touch with colleagues.
- To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!
- You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
