About HIVED

At HIVED, we’re steamrolling forward as one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups, and our momentum shows no signs of slowing.

Based in London, we are a climate and logistics start-up building the first sustainable parcel delivery network at scale, powered by a 100% electric fleet. In an ever-growing industry where unreliable service has long been the norm, HIVED has been built from the ground-up to meet the demands of modern consumers and disrupt parcel delivery and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Already trusted by leading international brands such as John Lewis, Nespresso, Uniqlo, H&M brands and more, we are solidifying our position as the leaders in Europe to tackle this growing market.

Our tight-knit team is made up of ex-Revolut, Bain, HelloFresh, ASOS, Apple and Google employees, and we are backed by some of Europe’s leading investors and VCs in climate-tech, logistics and mobility including Planet A Ventures, Maersk Growth, Pale Blue Dot VC, Eka Ventures, NordicNinja VC and the British government. We’re passionate about driving innovation and redefining the future of delivery.

  • Accurately log all findings in internal tracking systems, ensuring complete and transparent documentation.
  • Oversee the repair cost recovery process, from calculating expenses and submitting them to Payroll to ensuring full reimbursement from the responsible individual in a timely manner.
  • Monitor driver performance using onboard telematics data, identifying trends and ensuring adherence to safety and efficiency standards.
  • Liaise with the Fleet Maintenance Team to communicate necessary repairs and maintenance work, ensuring timely servicing and minimal vehicle downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all fleet inspection and maintenance procedures.
  • Generate and present regular reports on fleet condition, highlighting recurring issues and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance overall fleet performance, efficiency, and reliability.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document vehicle condition and maintenance needs.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with vehicle assessment tools and reporting systems is advantageous.
  • Full UK driving license (essential).

  • 25 days of holiday allowance plus public holidays
