The Vacancy
RSK Geosciences are offering an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administrator. In this role, you will have the chance to develop your own processes and record-keeping methods, working with our existing fleet management systems and procedures. This is a full-time role working in our Hemel Hempstead office with the potential for hybrid working after completion of the probationary period.
Reporting to a principal administrator, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with our UK-wide operational teams and coordinate with our Group Fleet departments to ensure the efficient management of our company vehicles. The role will include a range of daily, weekly and monthly tasks, with input into various operational and health and safety reporting periods as needed.
Part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Manage MOT, TAX, and service schedules
- Liaise with garages and breakdown services to facilitate repair and recovery as needed
- Ensure staff compliance with internal vehicle check procedures
- Responsibility for in vehicle equipment (first aid kits, fire extinguisher etc)
- Administer fuel card account, , parking permits, and other similar accounts
- Report on vehicle activity, fuel usage, and driver risk assessments
- Oversee speeding and parking fine allocation,
- Assist administration for new deliveries, disposals, and redistributions
- Support sustainability initiatives and carbon reduction measures
- Support any other fleet responsibilities for our teams where necessary
- Any previous fleet administration experience is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and record keeping with attention to detail are a must.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Salary is commensurate with experience
