Your New Company
A brilliant opportunity is available to work for a global construction company based in Brentford for a data-driven and analytical Fleet Administrator on a permanent basis in their friendly office. This position is a new role created due to an increased demand for projects and will support the HR and Finance function. This role is a 1 year fixed term contract initially beginning in Brentford and later moving to Hammersmith.
Your new role
Your new role will be to act as the liaison between the fleet management company, employees with vehicles and the insurance service provider. You will support with data management to ensure accuracy of staff payment information required to process benefit in kind requests for company vehicles. You will use Excel to index formulas, use V-Look ups and be able to analyse data to cross-reference and ensure accuracy. You will deal with accident management, new driver checks including checking driving licences, managing the fleet inbox, processing parking fines, creating reference letters and drafting information using the employee handbook.
What You'll Need To Succeed
In order to be successful you must have excellent attention to detail and able to use Excel to an intermediate level (including previous experience of using V-Look ups), have some administrative experience that includes accurately checking records, working on Excel/Spreadsheets and ideally have some experience in Fleet Management. You will have the ability to work autonomously and have excellent analytical skills.
What You'll Get In Return
In return you'll be offered a permanent contract paying £26,000 - £30,000 with 10% annualised bonus for a 1 year fixed term contract, hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 from home), generous annual leave entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays, free parking and other great benefits! This role will initially be based in Brentford and moving to Hammersmith in November.
