We are offering a £30,000 basic salary, plus company benefits

About The Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop. More than just managing bookings, this role is about building trust, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.

You’ll

• Welcome and support customers through their service or repair journey.
• Clearly set expectations and provide regular updates.
• Identify and explain additional products or services that may benefit customers.
• Follow up to make sure customers leave happy with the work carried out.
  
  
  

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Customer focused – you enjoy building relationships and helping people.
• Driven and resilient – able to manage a busy workload while maintaining high standards.
• Confident and clear in communication – both face-to-face and over the phone.
  
  
  

Experience in the motor industry is preferred, but not essential – what matters most is your ability to deliver outstanding service and your determination to succeed.
