Pay Rate: £36,775.87 + 20% shift premium for all night working hours

Grade: RCS O

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Permanent Nights - Any 5 out of 7 - 22:00pm until 06:00am

Location: Allington, ME16 0LE

• Lead the Team: Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
• Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.

• Proven warehouse leadership and management experience is essential
• Hands-on experience in day-to-day warehouse operations is essential
• Demonstrated ability to manage site-wide pick and loading activities
• Proactive and solution-focused approach to operational challenges
• Strong focus on health and safety within a warehouse environment
