Experience Essential / Desirable To be identified by Fir eand security industry experience whether it be installation, commissioning or administration Essential Interview / Application Working knowledge of current British Standards Essential Interview / Application Knowledge of Fire Detection and associated equipment Essential Interview Experience within a Data Centre environment Desirable Interview / Application
Skills / Abilities
Skills / Abilities Essential / Desirable To be identified by Ability to efficiently manage project delivery Essential Interview An excellent eye for detail Essential Interview / Application Excellent oral and written communication skills Essential Interview / Application Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels Essential Interview Ability to source and purchase materials Essential Interview Capable of managing labour resources Essential Interview Ability to liaise and coordinate works with clients Essential Interview Good financial management skills Essential Interview Proficient using Microsoft computer packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook Essential Application

- Ability to handle projects from enquiry to completion.
- Ability to manage a construction programme and report accordingly.
- To effectively manage the installation works on site whilst liaising with both sub-contractors and clients.
- Undertaking of relevant H & S duties ie safe starts, tool box talks etc.
- Liaise with manufacturing, design and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Ability to highlight any problem areas ensuring they are effectively communicated to the relevant parties.
- Ensuring compliance with codes, practices, and specifications.
- To complete Quality Assurance documentation ensuring works are of the appropriate standard and report snags to sub-contractors.
- Ability to delegate tasks to team members.
- Willingness to learn and undertake commercial responsibilities on projects.
- Any other duties commensurate with your position.
