We are looking an enthusiastic and confident Fines Administrator to join our Arnold Clark Leasing department at our Hillington Head Office in Glasgow.

Hours

Full time: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm

About The Role

In this role, you will ensure that all outstanding fines for any Arnold Car Leasing vehicles are processed and communicated to the registered driver for the vehicle in a timely manner, as well as responding to the necessary issuing authority.

This role would be ideal for someone who is confident on the phone and thrives in a fast paced environment and works to tight deadlines.

Day-to-day duties

  • Sorting incoming and outgoing mail to registered drivers and issuing authorities
  • Logging and scanning all fines onto Arnold Clark Leasing's bespoke system
  • Transferring liability and making payments as and when required
  • Answering incoming telephone and email queries in a timely manner
  • Liaising with other departments within the wider group
  • General office duties

Essential Skills

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to articulate professional and concise emails
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight time scales
