Description Take on a leadership role within Xeinadin as a Hub Financial Controller, overseeing the financial management and operational efficiency of one of our thriving and largest hubs. This position is pivotal to driving the Group's mission of delivering forward-thinking business advice and accountancy services. You will centralise financial operations, onboard new Mergers and Acquisitions, manage the accounting team and function, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the hub operates at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee cash flow, revenue, direct and indirect cost control across the hub.
  • Prepare detailed reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis with actionable commentary for the Managing Partner and Group Finance Director.
  • Ensure timely and accurate provision of financial data for auditors and stakeholders.
  • M&A onboarding and centralisation of the finance function within the Hub, ensuring consistency and efficiency across operations.
  • Build and manage the hub finance team in alignment with the agreed hub model.
  • Review Locations WIP balances monthly billing and lockup.
  • Manage Cash collection process with stakeholders.
  • Manage Working Capital Cycle of the business.
  • Ensure financial activities from regional offices (e.g., SL & WIP calculations) are seamlessly integrated into the hub.
  • Oversee the transition of all relevant activities from regional office legal entities to the hub entity within the Legal entity reduction process.
  • Take responsibility for the hub's budget/Area budgets while supporting the Group budgeting process.
  • Ensure regional office budgets are submitted accurately, on time, and meet Xeinadin's growth criteria.
  • Investigate key variances and provide detailed insights into related issues.
  • Manage tax compliance, including transfer pricing related to operating and financing costs.
  • Ensure adherence to group-wide financial and tax regulations.
  • Full set of Monthly Management accounts for region.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ Year PQE in Financial experience and controls
  • A professional qualification in accountancy (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
  • Experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with experience engaging at senior leadership levels.
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and transfer pricing processes.
  • Competency in building and leading high-performing finance teams.
