An established and growing financial advisory firm is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated adviser who values autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to focus on delivering high-quality advice without unnecessary office attendance.
Flexible Working
Following an initial training and onboarding period of a few weeks, there is no requirement to attend the office on a regular basis. Advisers operate on a highly flexible working model, managing their own diaries and working remotely. Attendance is only required for occasional adviser meetings or client meetings where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
- Manage and develop an existing client bank while supporting new client acquisition
- Conduct client meetings remotely or face-to-face where required
- Deliver compliant, client-focused advice in line with FCA standards
- Build long-term client relationships and encourage ongoing reviews and referrals
- Work collaboratively with paraplanners and administration support
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards completion)
- CAS status (or close to achieving)
- Experience advising clients across pensions and investments
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Self-sufficient, organised, and comfortable working remotely
- Committed to delivering high standards of advice and client outcomes
