What you will be doing?
Following a 3-year structured programme, you will undertake an exciting learning journey designed to provide you with the skills, experience, and knowledge to start your finance career in housing.
You will work on real projects, and carry out real work, with the support of experienced professionals. You will be partnered with a mentor who will support you from day one ensuring you gain the right exposure across the Wales & West Housing Group (WWHG).
You will have the opportunity to rotate around our teams, getting the opportunity to develop different technical skills with each team. By the end of your journey, you will have covered a broad remit, ensuring you will experience a great breadth of accounting responsibilities, providing a great footing towards developing your career in finance.
