About The Job

The Finance Support role is responsible for delivering both accounting and administrative assistance to the finance department, including remote support to our sites across the UK. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing a wide range of administrative support, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and enjoys the challenge of supporting a dynamic and busy team.

Here's a quick overview of what we need to do.

• Phone cover and other adhoc admin tasks
• Process supplier invoices
• Complete regular supplier statement reconciliations
• Raise sales invoices
• Support finance manager with general accounts / finance topics
• Understand and apply cost centre accounting
• Understand basic VAT rules
