As Part Of The HKA Team You Can Expect
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Finance Manager to join our dynamic Europe finance team. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Regional Financial Controller for EMEA, based at our UK Corporate Head Office in Warrington.
This position is suited for a qualified accountant with management accounting and audit experience, or someone looking to make their first move out of Audit into a commercially focused finance role. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of financial responsibilities across our European operations, working in a fast-paced, international environment with excellent opportunities for growth and development.

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Finance Manager to join our dynamic Europe finance team. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Regional Financial Controller for EMEA, based at our UK Corporate Head Office in Warrington.

Role Requirements
- Oversee the production of accurate monthly accounts for the Europe Business.
- Ensure appropriate financial close procedures are in place including account reconciliations, full review of P&L including overheads etc.
- Manage the Europe cash flow and provide regular, accurate forecasts to Group treasury team.
- Oversee all transactional workflows such as supplier payments, credit control and payroll.
- Manage a small team including Management Accountants and Accounts Payable.
- Production of Statutory accounts and liaise with the auditors for the audit of the various European entities.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:
- ACA, CIMA qualified or equivalent.
- Audit background preferable.
- Experience of leading a finance team including developing key team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage change projects.
- Analytical mind with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy of output.
- Ability to establish and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of professional services business would be an advantage.
