- Overseeing daily financial operations within the company
- Developing strategies to improve financial performance and profit margins
- Preparing financial reports for senior management
- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Working closely with other departments to improve financial efficiency
- Managing and guiding a team within the Accounting & Finance department
- Implementing and maintaining financial management systems and controls
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
- Must be ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in financial management software
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- An annual salary ranging from £40,0000 to £55,000 DOE with a potential bonus
