Our Finance Managers have varied careers in roles that span the entire Company and you will be the CFO of your area from Day 1. You could be working multifunctionally to define and execute a brand’s commercial strategy, partnering our sales team to create great plans to take to our customers, identifying optimisation opportunities in our supply chain, or managing a team in our cutting-edge financial shared services organisation. There’s real ownership and learning from the outset, and your impact will be felt across the company.

We're looking for the best talent to play a pivotal role in guiding the success of our global brands. We don’t require a Finance, Accounting or Economics background. We believe anyone, regardless of background, can make brilliant and impactful Finance Managers.

We have roles based in Weybridge, Surrey and our London Plant in West Thurrock, both easily commutable from London, as well as positions in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Please do express your preference and we can do our best to work to it.

P&G Finance Leaders of Tomorrow Academy – 16th/17th December

The Finance Leaders of Tomorrow Academy is the final step in our application process to secure yourself a graduate role with P&G! It is a learning course designed to challenge your business and critical thinking, networking and team building skills, in real business situations. At our Finance Leaders of Tomorrow Academy, you will work on a real case study covering all aspects of business, followed by a final interview with our senior leaders.

The Finance Leaders of Tomorrow Academy will be held in person on 16th/17th December 2024 at our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey.

What You Will Gain:

  • Responsibilities from Day 1: Right from the start you will be doing a full-time leadership job in Finance, working with some of our biggest brands.

  • Competitive Compensation: The annual salary for this role is £40,000. In addition to this you’ll receive an annual bonus based on business results. Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

  • University undergraduates who will complete their degree by Summer 2025 or those who have already completed a degree. We accept applicants from any discipline who have a passion for Finance.
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application and encourage you to include examples that demonstrate our Peak Performance Behaviours including what actions you took and the results you achieved in your CV.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and analytical capability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills.

Right to work:

For our entry level commercial roles such as this one, you will need to provide your own, continuous (i.e. not time limited) right to work in the UK from Day 1 of employment without requiring sponsorship from P&G.
