Finance Co-ordinator PBSS Holding Accounts

You will be working within PBSS who support Direct Payment recipients with their packages. This will involve providing an effective administrative service in the processing of financial activities and information management relating to the Direct Payment recipients. You will be supporting managers and providing management information and reports.
You will establish systems and maintain procedures to manage, monitor and report on PBSS finance processes including financial transactions and returns relating to PBSS payroll or Holding Accounts and Payroll services for customers who access the PBSS payroll service.

What will you be doing?
You will be using your purchase ledger skills on Sage Line 50; investigating discrepancies and liaising with other teams to achieve a solution.
You will be able to work effectively to deadlines as part of a team but also under your own initiative.
You will have a full range of MS Office skills and experience in developing databases and spreadsheets.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail with a background in accounts, payroll or customer service

- Providing payroll oversight and testing payments match budgets.
- Inputting bank payments and reconciling transactions.
- Managing telephone calls and general office duties.
- Developing the role to meet the needs of the service.
